I have run a business within Fitness First Toowong for over 7 years and I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
AEP’s are the most qualified health professional to provide exercise interventions.

For those unfamiliar with AEP's here is a brief introduction:
An AEP is a university qualified allied health professional, who specialises in clinical exercise interventions for
healthy populations and persons at high-risk of developing, or with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries. These interventions are provided by exercise prescription and delivery including health and physical activity education, advice, support and lifestyle modification with a strong focus on achieving behavioural change.
AEP's have extensive education in Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Strength and Conditioning, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Exercise for special populations including: Cancer, Metabolic disease, T2DM and mental health conditions.
