Cancellations:
24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED if you need to reschedule, or are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment. Failure to show, or cancellation within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee and will be added to your next appointment. The cancellation fee will be 25% of your service, or the loss of booking fee, if paid.

Rescheduling the same appointment more than once will also incur the cancellation fee. Please understand that when you forget, reschedule or cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice, I miss the opportunity to accommodate another client to have that appointment time.

If you regularly fail to give less than 24 hours notice or frequently arrive late, then full payment may be requested prior to your next service.

No Shows:
"No show" offenders will be required to pay for their missed appointment, and also any future bookings, in full at the time of booking. Repeat offenders will not be booked again.
