You can even do a few laps in our 50m swimming pool or make a splash in Aqua class – a great way to keep fit while staying cool.
Get a feel for functional training in our brand new (and aptly named) Functional Training Zone – kitted out with kettlebells, medicine balls and more. Of course, if you need a little extra help along the way then our personal trainers are always available to challenge, motivate and educate you.
The kids can be entertained with onsite child minding, and when you’re finished your workout, try our sauna and let the steam work its magic before getting back to the real world.
