We give preference to and use, organic produce in our foods. We use free range eggs from happy chickens, and local foods from local farmers with preference for ethical producers. We use the best quality meats in our curries, the finest smoked salmon in our eggs Benedict and croissants. Organic olive oil from Tothill Olive grove. Just to name a few. We also source seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs from our own organic farm here at Eudunda.

Our fine 'Barossa Blend' coffee is free trade.
