Global Pathway Sport Management - GPSM

G.P.S.M. is a sport management organisation. Currently, G.P.S.M. are designing and planning The Melbourne Trophy, a youth football tournament that aspires to be the premier youth competition in the southern hemisphere.

Additionally, G.P.S.M. offer services to support and enhance recruitment into the US College soccer system and the European professional football system for aspiring young players. There is a significant amount of talented, or potentially talented, athletes in Australia. Talent requires purposeful practice, on going feedback and a pathway to ensure its fruition.

G.P.S.M. provides an affordable service that identifies, nurtures and develops talent realisation, using the latest research in sports science and sport and academic coaching.

Individualised Performance Plans (IPPs), co-constructed with athletes, identify agreed objectives that work towards achieving a specific end goal with a clearly defined focus towards achieving genuine mastery.
