Welcome to Gilmour's Comfort Shoes. We are shoe fitting specialist located in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide, Australia.

As fitting specialists we carry all available sizes and widths. We carry a lot of orthopedic footwear so we're able to cater for all sorts of foot conditions and orthosis.

We stock shoes from very narrow (AAAAA) through to very wide (EEEEEEE), very small (size 2 in women's) to very large (size 20 men's). We have the largest selection of sizes and widths in the Southern Hemisphere.

GILMOUR'S RETURN POLICY


PERFECT FOOTWEAR
Items that are in perfect condition, not faulty, marked, worn, customised or damaged

Refund rates for all perfect footwear (not faulty, marked, customised or damaged in any way) are as follows:
-100% of purchase price if presented within six months of purchase.
-50% of purchase price if presented between six months and 12 months of purchase.
-No refund is available for footwear purchased more than 12 months previously.
*A $10 fee applies to all perfect footwear returned for refund or exchange without the accompanying box or packaging.



FAULTY FOOTWEAR
-Full sale value refund applies to all worn footwear with a genuine fault in fitting or manufacture, if presented within six months of date of purchase.
-A partial refund or credit against another purchase may be provided at Gilmour's discretion for worn footwear, regardless of fault if presented after six months of date of purchase.


GILMOUR'S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND IF:
-Footwear is customised or damaged by the consumer
-Footwear subjected to conditions other than those for which it was made.
-Goods have been purchased more than 12 months previously
-There is no proof of purchase.
