Never thought I would be starting a YouTube channel for dance fitness! It all started as fun class when I was asked to teach bollywood fitness by the parents at my dance school (The Indian Dance School www.indiandance.com.au). Just 1 day a week and before you know it, we are now running 7 days a week in Sydney Australia!
We currently run Zumba Fitness, Tamil Kuthu Workout, Bollywood Fitness and Toning. I hope that I can reach out to the whole world through Youtube and help those that want to get fit and healthy!
