Hi my name is Genna and welcome to Genafit.
This page is for anyone who is wanting guidance, information, inspiration, one-on-one, groups or on-line training.
I believe that being fit and healthy is not just about exercising and eating right (although plays an essential part) its about encompassing all areas of well-being in a balanced manor to achieve a happy maintainable lifestyle.
On this page I also share my own journey to optimal health and well-being with you, the good and the bad. I aim to inspire, inform and shed light on real issues woman face daily to do with health and well-being.
