Delivery times - once your order is submitted, it will take one to three weeks for production. Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Colour and Size - every effort will be made to ensure the fidelity of the colours in your order. However, you acknowledge that colour variations between your screen and mine may exist. Therefore, you acknowledge that I can not guarantee the colours on your screen will be exactly identical to those on the finished product.

Different size photos naturally suit different shaped canvas eg, square, rectangle and panoramic. Each order received will be reviewed carefully and you will then be advised of the most suitable shaped canvas for your chosen photo.

Returns and Refunds - Refunds can only be offered for products that are defective due to a manufacturing or delivery problem. This refund can be requested within a month after delivery and will be issued in the form of a credit to purchase a replacement print. Should you require a refund for these reasons, you will need to send the product back, or provide a photo of the defective product. You also acknowledge that Fotos from Alice shall make the final determination as to whether the product failed due to a delivery or manufacturing problem.
