FOSTER & CO opened its doors on January 28 2015, and ever-since has been a smooth running, stress-free salon with a focus on fun, love and laughter, all with beautiful hair added.

Since opening, the business has grown from strength to strength in revenue, repeat business, brand loyalty and recognition in both the local and national market.

At FOSTER & CO we care about everything and this has helped build strong relationships, and trust within our business. Our company culture is one that places the client first and foremost, one that embraces you. From the first visit to our salon you become part of the FOSTER & CO family and are considered a friend, so much so that many clients comment that it’s like ‘coming home’ when they visit.

Our salon environment has a boutique feel, with its distinct FOSTER & Co features being ornate mirrors, and a relaxed grassy courtyard which all demonstrate our attention to detail. This detail extends across all aspects of our business, which is continuously demonstrated by our commitment to listening to our customer and continuously improving both our customer care and services – just one example being our workbenches and refreshments for our busy working FOSTER & CO friends.

We are exceptionally proud of our Green Policy and our commitment to positively contributing to our planet, and love sharing this aspect of business with our clients. Being a sustainable salon has had such a positive impact on our business, with our clients valuing, supporting and respecting this initiative and taking this knowledge home with them after leaving the salon.

At FOSTER & CO an essential part of our business is our involvement with our local and wider community. We feel that the support we are so blessed to be able to provide to numerous charities via both monetary and engagement initiatives is vital, and is an important extension of our belief that everyone who is able should give back.

Proudly a member of the Australian Hairdressing Council (AHC) as a Salon Select Gold Member since the salon opened its doors, we are committed to meeting and exceeding the high business and service standards set by the AHC.
