Flip Out SA

Flip Out is a one-stop entertainment hub for the entire family, with a massive facility that caters for parkour, ninja courses, kids’ playground, foam pits, plus heaps & heaps of trampolines!!

Visit Flip Out SA for a 1 hour or 2 hour single pass, with a group (including schools), or even have your birthday party here! The birthday parties a super popular with the kids, and will be a party your little one remembers forever!

For our younger fans, the Mini Flippers (kids age 3-5) and Little Ninjas (kids age 5-12) group classes are super fun and emphasis personal development in completing “Ninja” tricks (i.e. back flips, jump twists, wall jumps) in a safe environment controlled by our Flip Out Ninja Trainers. The class’s participants progress at their own pace, and as our students develop and prove their skills, they are rewarded with a different colour belt shirt starting with white and finishing at black.

And don’t worry; there are no fighting moves, only flipping and agility, so parents can be assured of your children’s safety. Parents are also welcome to watch from inside the arena and participate in the first lesson.

For the big kids (and adults!), we have the 1 hour Flip Fit fitness classes. These classes increase your flexibility and balance with a unique blend of exercises from trampolining, stunt boxes and gymnastics, all led by a trained instructor in a safe, friendly environment.
