Fitzy Fit focuses on strength and conditioning coaching to maximise an athlete’s performance. These sessions are run by a fully qualified strength and conditioning coach and registered exercise physiologists. I have had many years of experience with athletes at all levels from development through to professional. My goal is to ensure that each individual athlete I work with is treated equally regardless of the level they compete at. My focus is on ensuring each athlete learns the correct fundamentals of strength and conditioning to ensure athletic development and prevent the risk of injury, prolonging the athletes time in their sport. I use scientifically proven methods and techniques with all our athletes to ensure we reach maximum potential with everyone.
