At Fitness 4341 I am committed to bringing professional fitness services to our community members which is accessible and affordable to everyone. Age is no barrier when it comes to fitness - look at me I'm 47 and a personal trainer!

Personal Trainer - 1 on 1 or small groups

Registered with Fitness Australia
Current First Aid & CPR

I currently run one group session a week at the Laidley Recreation Ground every Thursday at 4:45pm. Cost $15 per session.
These sessions are fun! Lots of games are played and no two sessions are the same. All fitness levels are catered for.
