Greetings!

My name is Verena Mac and I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). I completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Charles Darwin University and continued onto my Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) at Charles Sturt University.

I have spent the last couple of years working within the sports industry as a sports administrator and assistant coach of the development teams in Football (Soccer).

Within the last year I have undertaken several placements within hospital as well as sports settings.

I am also an accredited Level 1 ASCA strength and conditioning coach.
