Fighting Fit Australia and Phoenix Power Coaching is a family and we welcome you as one of our own no matter who you are.

We are unique COACHING facility.

If you want to get fit and healthy, become a better version of you, gain confidence and feel good about yourself whilst trying something new………then this is the place to be.

All our sessions at based on variety, therefore you will be always be learning new and finding interesting ways to improve yourself.

We don’t just work in health & fitness, we live and breathe it. Our aim is to deliver the most effective training methods, with an experienced and motivated team who will take your lifestyle to a whole new level.

Training is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. Our programs are designed and scaled with you in mind, and can be tackled by anyone who’s committed to reaching their fitness goals.

You must be mentally prepared for a tough session though.

We NEVER take the easy option and will ensure your training is focused, effective and gets results.

What we offer:

Open Group Classes - Hybrid Training, Boxing and Conditioning, Ladies Only, Sufferfest and many more;

Personal and Small Group Training – these sessions are based on the individual/(s) only goals, and are designed specifically for your needs;

Fighting Fit Kids & Teens – A program for 5 to 16 year olds;

Workshops – Specific programs that are based on 4 weeks or technique & skill work, which are scaled to suit everyone’s level;

School, sports enhancement or corporate groups – this is a great incentive to get together outside of work, school or your club and have some fun. A team that trains together stays together;

Nutrition – we don’t believe in the word “Diet”, Each program will provide a breakdown of macro nutrients, & are specifically calorie controlled per individuals needs...it is about working closely with the neurotransmitters of the brain.

Fully serviced crèche service from 8.45am to 10.15am Monday to Friday;

Psychology – Registered Psychologist offering therapeutic assistance to children, adolescents, adults & couples. Offering a range of services including intensive psychological treatment services across a range of psychological disturbances including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss and relationship difficulties, individual and sibling therapy, provision of cognitive-behavioural therapy for psychological disorders, mood disturbances and demographics, behavioural interventions, & clinical assessments. Experienced Report Writer and Legal Witness for Family Law Court, Children’s Court and Federal Magistrates Court matters and providing Social Assessments and Family Reports for such.

Our mentor program is designed to challenge both physical and psychological limitations and move you into action and commitment. This approach involves consultation with both Tess & Cara who work jointly to develop your individualised program.

Group development programs which involve functional methods including random sessions to prepare you for all facets of life. You never know exactly what is coming your way;

Personal and small group development – these sessions are based on the individual/(s) only goals, and are designed specifically for your needs;

Rehabilitation – correctly dealing with pain and injury, through individualised and specialised programs;

Couples' program – holistic physical and psychological approach to ensure that as a an individual and couple you are progressing positively and moving forward;

Adventure – including treks, obstacle races, outdoor adventure fun, incorporating teamwork (ideal for those seeking like-minded individuals);

Retreats – focusing on three main pillar’s; exercise, nutrition and mental health designed for you to take a break from life;

Seminars – Knowledge is power. These seminars allow you to gain the knowledge and information you need to live healthier and be more productive in both work and your personal life;

Email or text message support – ask questions at anytime; and receive additional motivational mind setting, nutrition and training tips to make sure you get the best results possible!
