Having a fit mind and body is one of the most important aspects of day to day living as it makes everything that life throws at us easier to manage.

I believe that health and fitness should be at the top of everyone’s priority list and my passion to help people incorporate these POSITIVE CHANGES into their busy timetables and STICK TO THEM!

I have been studying and working in the fitness industry for 15 years and have competed and been involved in competitive sports since my late teens. This overall experience and knowledge will help get the best out of you and take you to the next level.
