F2F is a service that is sick of the cracks in the current fitness and traditional gym format available to clients. We find that there are too many people joining gyms with the best of intentions but 3-6months in they slide in their training either lacking the direction and motivation but mostly the attention they need to stay on track and really make the lifestyle changes they set out for initially.
We want to help and are truly passionate about living a healthy lifestyle that takes in to consideration all aspects of your life and lifestyle. Looking after yourself is often hard with work, family and breaking bad habits, F2F approaches this as a unit you really cant work one without looking at how the other aspects of your life might be helping or hindering what your trying to achieve.
