As a highly recognised and awarded Outdoor Educator and Campsite Director, Bec has enormous talent in sharing and mentoring any issue for outdoor recreation providers and campsite managers and business owners. With a Degree, Graduate Diploma and Masters in Outdoor Education, Teacher Degree and a Diploma in Business, along with over 27 years working in the industry Bec can escalate a business and mentor CEO’s, campsite managers, senior managers, boards and staffing teams. Bec can also provide assistance and mentoring in program excellence, service delivery, National Accreditation applications and Food Safety.
