We aim to awaken the very best in each woman. We know that every woman is unique and amazing, and should be treated that way. At Eve, you will find all you need to build your health and wellness, plus the inspiration to make it happen.

We take a holistic approach, giving you heaps of opportunities to cultivate a strong flexible body and mind, and to nourish your soul.

Eve offers yoga for all levels, including powerful flowing styles that will challenge and focus your body and mind, balanced with slower, restorative ‘yin’ classes. Build your fitness, increase your strength and tone your body with our group training sessions. And, because there are times when a girl’s just got to get her groove on, we have a range of dance sessions where you can let your hair down, break a sweat, and burn a bunch of calories without even realising!

We believe in sisterhood at its very best! Eve provides the opportunity to connect with other women through social sessions (think book clubs, crochet nights, cups of tea and great company), and to support women in need, both near and far.
