Wendy Mazzella started cake decorating in 1989. When entering shows, Wendy would make her own flower modelling paste to create a beautiful, fine finish to her sugar flowers. With her classes growing and the business booming, Wendy no longer had the time to make her own paste and so she started using the commercial brand made here in Australia. These products time and time again would fail to live up to expectations. Students would make their sugar flowers one week and they would still be soft in the ensuing weeks, making it very difficult to produce the high quality desired. With many other decorators having the same problems and no alternatives being produced in Australia, this as her driving force, and consultation with other first class decorators, Endless Creations.TM. was born.
