I am a Qualified, Registered and Fully Insured Level 1 Exercise Professional. I provide fun and effective workouts for my clients at an affordable and competitive rate.

From an early age, I was always interested in sport, participating in gymnastics, swimming, tennis, cheerleading, cross country and AFL. As an adult, I have trained in gyms and bootcamps since the age of 17. I have traveled around Australia experiencing the fitness culture in various states. From 2009-2011 I was an avid runner, enjoying a range of distances from 5km to half marathon (21.1km). Nowadays I still run however I crosstrain to maintain the highest possible level of all-round fitness and to reduce running injuries.

My dream, due to personal experience with mental illness, is to be a personal trainer who help people struggling with mental illness to treat/manage their illness with physical activity, as the benefits linking exercise with positive mental health are enormous.

Of course, anyone is welcome to train with me! Exercise is beneficial to everyone, both physically and mentally.
