Emerging Woman’s focus is to work with women to support them on their journey to achieving their dreams.
Some women want to be successful business owners whilst others want to be successful women working in business. The dream we hold is to be passionate, professional and authentic in whatever it is we do.
We all know that life can be incredibly challenging at times and we also know that we don’t always have the space to be able to discuss these challenges without fear of judgement and dare we say it…..ridicule. Let’s face it our professional ‘face’ must remain in place at all times.
So we tend to block our feminine spirit and hold in those issues we deem not suitable for open discussion. As a result they boil away silently only to surface at different times to sabotage our efforts and to remind us that we are not as we seem to the outside
world.
Having gone through her own fair share of personal challenges, Pamela McConchie, Director of Emerging Woman knows only too well the damage that holding in these challenges can do to achieving and realising both personal and business success. Self-sabotage works quietly beneath the surface and you don’t even know it is happening. All you know is that you just don’t seem to be able to break through the barriers that you have very craftily put up over the years.
Pamela also knows the absolute freedom she has achieved by understanding her barriers then being able to dismantle them to finally operate with true congruency and authenticity.
Emerging Woman is the platform we have been searching for that will show us how to take back control of our lives. By learning and sharing in safe, warm, and trusting environments we can once again live with authenticity and reach the true potential from which our feminine essence will shine.
