Elaina is a compassionate energy therapist with a real passion for assisting others to achieve holistic wellness.

Having worked as a registered nurse for 15 years, she has an appreciation of conventional medicine and the wonderful things it can achieve. Medicine today however, has become so specialised that it now focuses on the dis-ease in the body and is based around sickness. She believes that energy based therapies compliment modern medicine by taking a holistic approach to our health. A large number of symptoms can be tracked to emotional distress. Energy therapies address these emotions and allow us to release them, which in effect helps our bodies reach equilibrium.

Elaina has a great passion for working as an Energy Therapist. The same compassion that lead her to nursing now drives her enthusiasm to assist clients to reach optimum wellness.

Elaina has studied a number of different Energy based therapies which she integrates into her sessions and tailors each one to meet the needs of the individual client.
