SUP is a great outdoor activity/sport that allows enjoyment whilst also getting a great full body workout. Especially here on the murray river, where there is nothing more relaxing than going for a paddle down stream, on top of the water and between the tree's.
There are many different ways to enjoy SUP.
If you don't want to relax. Come down to one of our Beginner, Intermediate or more Advanced classes.
