Hello, Welcome! Bienvenido to Down Under and South of the Border! Join me, Jacob Harrison on my adventures as I learn how to teach English as a foreign Language, before moving to Mexico and places beyond!

Using YouTube, a blog, and social media all linked together, I’m going to talk about travel, English as a Second Language Teaching, love, LGBTQI+ issues, politics, mental health, immigration and art. We will explore Australia and meet some colourful characters, there's going to be lots of laughs and a few tears on the way, so get ready for the show!

I’m learning to teach English as a Foreign Language, so I can travel indefinitely, living a life of passion and adventure while actually helping people! TEFL is a pretty interesting subject, and I could probably help others learning this by including posts on English as a Second Language Teaching, including Learning ESL, Interviews with ESL teachers, getting a job, give example lessons, supply helpful links all that jazz. It’s a pretty crazy journey that lead me to this decision, so I really should tell you what’s happened to me on my travels and on returning to Australia, then follow my adventures as I prepare to leave for good, learning Spanish, along with what I'm doing now to milk the most out of my time left in Australia – taking singing lessons, getting back in to acting, all kinds of randomness.

Eventually, it’s going to be a travelogue too - Follow me on my adventures in my new home country, getting a job, making a new life, and maybe even falling in love. And finding the seven other Lost Cities of Gold, I already found two. More on that later…
