Ordering Policy:

BANNERS (hanging and pull ups) and POSTERS

Orders are accepted Monday to Friday and all banners are printed ONLY once an order is paid in full. If we cannot fulfill your order due to late payment we will refund your order.

If you require a banner on a specific weekend, please ensure you allow at least 2 weeks notice for drafting, amending, finalising and print and drying.

Urgent orders are accepted a week in advance in special circumstances.

Delivery day is every Friday between 10am and 7pm (Sydney Metro only). We will contact you with a time frame. Overseas and interstate orders are sent via Australia Post and tracking is provided. Insurance can be purchased for an extra fee. Shipping is available to all countries.

CUSTOM TEES

Orders are accepted every week for custom clothing. Turnaround times for orders are:
< 20 shirts - 5 business days
> 20 shirts - 2 weeks
Shirts provided are supplied by Gildan (100% cotton) and adult sizes range from XS up to 5XL.

Pricing differs depending on t-shirt design required.

CANCELLATIONS:
After drafting stage, confirmation and payment, cancellation of order will incur a $40 fee. This will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds are processed within 5 business days and are credited to an Australian Bank Account, Paypal Account or can be used as a credit on a future order.
