Divine Sole Reflexology

My name is Michelle Lloyd and I am a qualified Reflexologist.

I have been working out of my home clinic in Dee Why for 18 months.

I am passionate about health not just the physical side but the mental and spiritual side as well, I believe we need to be balanced in all areas.
I have had an interest in health and wellbeing for over 15 years and I started out as a Personal Trainer which I loved and worked at for many years in small studios, individualising training programs for people from all walks of life. This is when I realised I needed to look at other modalities to work on a more holistic approach. I started by completing a certificate in Infant Massage which has amazing results.

Then decided on Reflexology as I felt it was one of the best therapies for bringing the body back in to balance, so I completed my Diploma in Reflexology at Nature Care College St Leonards.

This diploma covered quite a few modules and took 18 months part time to complete and I enjoyed every moment.

I have furthermore completed my Reiki 1 and am looking forward to completing Reiki 2 soon.

I also am a volunteer Reflexologist at Bear Cottage in Manly which is a Hospice for very ill children from infants to eighteen years old. I have treated children, the carers, parents’ grandparents, nursing staff. It is something I am very immersed in and it is close to my heart.

I believe we never stop learning and in 2017 I have already planned to further my studies and look forward to helping my clients achieve a lifestyle of good health and happiness. Reflexology is a wonderful treatment and is very beneficial in relieving stress, anxiety, bringing the body back in to balance and also many other aliments including High Blood Pressure, Auto Immune diseases, irritable bowel, and many more.
