Dinner For One

Dinner for One aims to provide nutritious, tasty and satisfying meals for individuals who are either elderly, disabled, home from FIFO, time poor, or who just can't cook.

Many single parents are so busy looking after their children, that they often neglect themselves. Others tend to pull through a fast food outlet rather than be bothered cooking for "just one". Many of our elderly and/or disabled may be living an independent lifestyle but are no longer up to standing in a kitchen cooking a meal for themselves. Many of our young singles have left home for the first time and may not be so confident in the kitchen - whatever the reason, let Dinner For One provide you with delicious meals - for lunch, dinner or both.

There are dozens of options available on the menu, so variety will never be a problem. Many of the lunches will be prepared fresh (such as salads and sandwiches) whereas other meals will be frozen, so all you have to do is pop them in the microwave for a few minutes.

Whether you require just lunches or just dinners or both, whether you require it once a week, or 7 days per week, our menu will provide you with many options to look forward to. Your meal will be delivered to your door, and if required, we can unpack them straight into your fridge/freezer.

As we become more known in the community, we will be adding more meals to our menu, and we are already looking at a dessert range, as well as other between meal snacks such as fruit, biscuits, crackers and cheese.
