David Vaughan - Real Estate

With over 12 highly successful years in the industry under his belt, David says that one of his greatest achievements has been establishing himself, and Nelson Alexander, as market leaders in the Moonee Valley area and the fast growing suburb of Gowanbrae.

A fully Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer, David previously had an accomplished career in hotel management – he was employed by the Hyatt Corporation in Chicago and Melbourne. His move into real estate has proven equally successful – David has sold more than 1000 properties.

David is actively involved in the local community and is a sponsor of several charities and groups. When not working hard to obtain the best price for his vendors he enjoys spending time with his family, friends and young daughter.
