This is my new page, which I hope you like! It's purpose is to give you information about how your magnificent body heals itself, when you give it the right circumstances. We are creatures of Nature, and when we are unwell, we have always looked for and found answers to our health problems in Nature.

But now unfortunately, our health is declining as chronic diseases skyrocket, and Australians are among the unhealthiest in the developed world. Although advances in science and medicine have improved our life-spans over the last few decades, our quality of life is arguably worse than ever.

So, our challenge is to use the best information from science, with the wisdom of our ancestors to provide ourselves with the best environment for healing our wonderful bodies and minds.
