Dan is a Mackay native with a diverse athletic background that has influenced and shaped the way he trains clients. Although he grew up playing traditional sports like rugby, cricket and soccer, he also focused on strength training and power lifting.

Dan enjoys functional training and doing compound movements that stimulate all the major muscles in the body, in turn creating the greatest change in body composition and developing the body proportionately. A typical workout based around strength and condition will include a variety of equipment: the TRX Suspension, kettle bells, free weights and body weight exercises.

Dan has worked with a wide variety of clients with goals ranging from weight loss, muscle gain, strength gain, toning and injury rehabilitation. Dan loves to be challenged and is determined to improve his client’s lives through fitness. He has also achieved amazing results through co-ordinating and facilitating outdoor training sessions and a wide range of group fitness classes with emphasis on high intensity training.

Dan believes that if you train your body, you're also training your mind. He can help you get into a mindset where you won't doubt yourself and train hard each and every session to achieve your desired results. Whether it is weight loss, strength training, body sculpting or injury rehabilitation, Dan has the experience to achieve fantastic results.
