Daintree Village is a peaceful little village nestled on the banks of the majestic Daintree River.
The Village is a “must –do” for visitors to the iconic tropical north, as it is the stepping stone to the World Heritage Daintree rainforest, the most ancient rainforest in the world, as well as home to an impressive selection of wildlife…perhaps most famously, the estuarine crocodile..and there are plenty of them around!
Daintree Village Hotel is located in the heart of the Village, perched over the river jetty, where crocodile tours depart regularly. The DVH serves meals throughout the day, kicking off with fabulous espresso coffee, and big brekkies for those setting off on adventures into the green…
Naturally, our draught beers are icy cold, our craft beers are unique, our wine selection is perfect for lazy afternoon sessions, the aforementioned coffees are made with love and skill, and you’ll find hearty tender steaks, crocodile, scones, salt and pepper calamari, juicy burgers, chicken parmas and all the regular Aussie pub favourites plus a few unexpected culinary delights to ensure your visit to Daintree is nothing less than memorable!
