CrossFit Tempered Ormeau is the only Strength & Conditioning CrossFit Affiliate located in Ormeau. Our CrossFit program is suitable for people brand new to the gym, and our advanced program for Athletes who need an extra challenge. Our Coaches are some of the best and have been doing CrossFit for 6 years and counting. CrossFit is based in group classes of no more than 16 per class.
