CrossFit 4220 is the Gold Coast’s newest CrossFit facility. Located off Christine Avenue in Miami on the Gold Coast, and walking distance to the beach, we can cater for all fitness levels and experience. It’s not all about CrossFit we also do one on one coaching, personal training, strength and conditioning for competitive athletes, we even have CrossFit Kids.

Yes thats right, here on the Gold Coast CrossFit 4220 has a dedicated CrossFit Kids Coach who is a mother of two herself so she knows how important a healthy and active lifestyle is for your kids. We are one of a few CrossFit locations on the Gold Coast that offers dedicated kids classes.

CrossFit 4220 also conducts weightlifting classes specifically designed to build strength and perfect olympic lifting movements. Our Gold Coast facility has dedicated lifting platforms to ensure you have the space and equipment needed to work on your lifting skills.
