After first discovering hypnobirthing in the very late stages of her first pregnancy, Yolande had a beautiful natural birth. It was from then on she knew she had discovered something special and wanted to spread the word.

Living in a rural mining town, Yolande quickly discovered the need for pregnancy support and attended the Hypnobirthing Practitioners Course with Melissa Spilsted of Hypnobirthing Australia.

Believing in connecting with your inner self to achieve a complete state of love and stillness, Yolande is a Hypnobirthing Practitioner that can help you achieve a calm and inspiring birth.

Having now given birth to two children using hypnobirthing techniques, Yolande knows the importance of preparing for such an event. When a mother can approach birth with knowledge, good support and tools (such as relaxation and visualization) then birth can be a very empowering and positive experience.

Yolande offers group classes, as well as one on one sessions (including skype should you be unable to attend in person). Yolande can provide support in the Mackay, Whitsundays and the Coalfields area and is flexible and able to work in with you depending on your lifestyle or work rosters that are common for this region.
