Cranford Cottage Croki offers affordable self contained accommodation in a luxury waterfront property on the magnificent Manning River at Croki near Taree.

This gorgeous cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living areas in a quiet relaxed location. With spectacular views from the verandah of the Manning River to Oxley Island and Mitchells Island. Croki Island is a sleepy rural historical village north of Taree surrounded by lush dairy farms.

The house has plenty of parking space and a boat ramp at the end of the road. There is a safe enclosed pool at the wharf for kids to swim in under a grand old Moretan Bay fig tree, also above the pool there is a BBQ where you can cook.

Most families fish from the jetty or out front of the house, hand lines are fine and you will often catch a Bream or Flat head. Cranford Cottage Croki provides the perfect destination for a family holiday.

Launch your boat, canoe or kayak and pull them up at your doorstep or just relax with a wine on the spacious verandah and watch the river go by.. we often see dolphins swimming in quiet close!

There are some lovely walks around the village and along the river; it is a totally quiet and peaceful location. The friendly locals provide a real country atmosphere with Taree and the Manning Valley boasting some wonderful art and craft galleries, cafes and country markets.
Take a visit to Harrington or Crowdy Head fisherman's co-op for the freshest Sydney rock oysters and seafood. This is an ideal central location to visit the many great attractions this pristine area has to offer.

Beaches are within an easy drive, Crowdy Head, Old Bar, Harrington very close for an outing.
Shopping at Taree with all amenities is only a short 8min along the highway or grab something close by at Cundletown village.

The cottage is a very easy to use open plan dwelling with lovely polished floor boards and carpeted bedrooms for comfort. It has a wood heater and ceiling fans and a fabulous chef's kitchen.

Best of all it is a quiet location where you can enjoy a peaceful relaxing holiday.
