At the moment we are just a small Cafe making fantastic coffee and offering high quality food options, but our dreams are BIG. We want Craft Coffee to become a craftory of Flavour, where you can come to have a great coffee, eat local fined dining food, learn the sience and technique of brewing coffee, have cooking classes from world class chefs and meet people who have a fervour for flavour.
Our Cafe in Albion is also not just a cafe, it is a creative space where people are encouraged to reach for the stars through creativity and design.
