We at Corrective Massage pride ourselves at being able to isolate the cause of many musculo-skeletal dysfunctions, for example bursitis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel and sciatica (to name but a few) have all been treated and corrected within our clinic. We have proven time after time that the majority of musculo-skeletal (muscle & joint) pain and skeletal misalignment issues have arisen due to less than ideal muscular balance. Bones do not have the capacity to move themselves out of position, muscles do, hence our focus on the single largest organ of our bodies..our muscles.

Perfect muscular balance between all 200 pairs of voluntary skeletal muscles is, in our opinion, near impossible to achieve. The result of such muscular imbalances are displayed within individual postures.

How long it takes to correct muscular imbalances and those issues arising from mentioned imbalances is directly proportional to the duration the imbalances have been present.
