Coconut Cottage

As many of you know we have spent the last 12 months renovating our holiday cottage at 131 Church Street. It's further along from the shop, roughly 50 yards from the 199 steps so an excellent location. It has beeen very well cared for over the last 375 years so has all it's original features and feels like a mini stately home inside. It has fabulous harbour views to the rear and once the door is shut is like a haven of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Church Street. We are only renting it to friends and shop customers to minimise wear and tear. Anyone who loves the vibe of the shop will love the cottage however its best suited to short thin people or taller chubbier folk with a good sense of humour! It's also not suitable for tiny children or anyone with mobility issues as the staircases are quite tricky in places. No pets or smoking inside either please. It sleeps 4 people in two double beds plus a 5th cabin bed accessed from the double in the bottom bedroom for those with a sense of adventure. The price is round about £125/night, Monday-Friday or weekends
