We have gone back to putting our photos on our signboards. When selling the largest asset you have we like our clients to know who is working for them, to know they are not just a number but someone of great importance, a property we are proud to put our names and faces to.

I have always believed real estate is about people, not just a photo in a window or paper, but flesh, blood, emotions and care. Something that has gradually been lost. We want to provide our clients with the care and compassion they need. The excitement of someone buying their new home to helping one of our long time locals re-locating closer to their family. Real estate isn’t about houses, its about people. This is the main reason for the change to CoastLink. We want to keep the passion in Real Estate and not become part processing machine real estate agencies are turning in to.

After many years of being tied up with large real estate brands it has become more and more obvious that they are there for one thing, and it isn’t about our clients. The care and passion for clients has been lost, investing in marketing and advertising has ceased, the push for Auctioning properties whether it is the best thing for our clients or not. At what cost. The cost of the client. There is a time for every sort of marketing, I believe my job to be providing my honest opinion in the endeavour of getting our clients the very best price, not just a quick sale.
