CK Outdoor Fitness

CK Outdoor Fitness is different to the majority of Personal Trainers out there with more then just qualifications from a quick 8-week course. I have University Qualifications with a 3 year Bachelor of Human Movement Degree, Education Degree, Certificate III & IV in fitness and experience training elite teams. I have dedicated my study to look at and learn to improve the physical fitness of the human body.

If you choose me to be your personal trainer I will continue to provide nutritional advice throughout. I will create your own training program, whether that be for at home, in the gym the park or the pool. I have a passion for fitness and would love for you to reach your goals.
