Cheryl Smart first moved to Noosa in 1974 and has been one of Noosa’s top performing real estate agents since 1999. During that period she has watched Noosa grow from a little known coastal village into a premier international resort destination.
Initially, Cheryl with her husband, owned and operated the Chantilly Restaurant and Accommodation Resort, formerly the ‘Noosa Beach House’ on Hastings Street. The transition into acting on behalf of international buyers and investors was effortless.
