My entire life I've had an emotional and physical battle with my weight. Just over 12 months ago I made a deal with myself to start believing in "me".
NO MORE EXCUSES!!!.
I fell in love with progress.
Exercise and eating healthy, setting goals and staying focused is the key. There are no quick fixes! Hard work and seeing the results is so rewarding. I have lost 25.5kgs so far and have dropped 4 dress sizes.. (I know right!!... GO ME!!)
I want others to learn from me. I want to be able to help people conquer the excuses as they prove to themselves that they ARE worthy and they CAN do it!
This is why I've chosen Personal Training.
