The Cedia house (main house), a chef's kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge & freezer. Large dining area makes entertaining a breeze or enjoys a casual BBQ in the outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with private outside deck and stunning rural views.

There is also a baby grand piano and pool table for your private use. You can enjoy memorable moments in front of the fire place or relax in the outdoor lounge room with a fresh coffee made from its own coffee machine.

The house is comfortable and modern with tasteful furnishings while retaining all the soul of an old style Bangalow home. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, the king master has walk in robe and en suite. The three queen bedrooms are all individually styled designs. There are two stylist bathrooms. The laundry amenities include a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, laundry sink, clothes line, broom, vacuum, mop, washing powder.

The living area is away from the bedrooms so you can enjoy a movie, books, and magazines on the lounge or play pool. It’s also a cozy room in the winter with its warm gas heating.
