Category Six Kettlebell Strength and Mobility Training is focused on educating people for their long term health and fitness. All training is provided by a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer who has a passion for kettlebells and helping others achieve their health, wellbeing and fitness goals.

We offer group fitness sessions involving Kettlebell weight training along with bodyweight and cardio sessions. Pesonal training sessions are also available and focus exclusively on our clients goals.
The skills learned during any training session provided, give you the tools you need to feel confident in your every day life. Learn to move your body without feeling limited or unstable with your movements.

Gaining fitness is not just about losing weight or building muscle though they are the obvious side effect. It is about learning your body, understanding that being healthy is more than doing an 8 week challenge or choosing a fad diet. It is about committing to the understanding that there is no quick fix, progress is not made over night, to get anywhere you want to be you have to work hard for it.

Kettlebells are not a dangerous training tool when used with control and knowledge. There are many different ways that kettlebell fitness is taught. We offer Russian Style Kettlebell training. The difference with Russain style kettlebell training over other styles is the strict steps on form that are followed. Each kettlebell move is learned through a series of progressions. Meaning your training starts with safe movement patterns before you even touch a kettlebell ensuring that by the time you are ready to work with weights you are confident in how your movements should feel to keep you safe from injury.
