We sell the best ice creams in the world which are locally made each day at "In The Pink" icecreamery in Byron Bay. We source only the freshest, locally produced cakes, brownies and muffins which are delivered fresh and warm daily. A light lunch of gourmet paninis, including vegetarian are made fresh each day (yummy, when they are lightly toasted). Or try our locally made Sushi and Soup of the Day (served fresh on weekends). Or you may like to try one of Byron Bays finest gourmet pies or sausage rolls (the Thai Chicken or Gluten Free Organic Steak is well worth trying).
