CAKE it 2 Me - All Things Clean & Sweet

Growing up in a family that loves to celebrate with food has lead me to my profession as a Baker.I love to create memories with family and friends and to mark every occasion with CAKE!! Memories of standing on a chair beside my scottish grandmother making shortbread has encouraged me to cook and love food with my children and family. I am however also a bit of a healthfreak which has also directed me into clean healthy nutrional foods. Having food intolerences and a family with allergies to dairy,eggs and grouped with coeliacs I have branched out and explored other dynamics of food. I believe EVERYBODY should be able to enjoy both healthy and indulgent foods!! I LOVE to create and explore, so if you have a challenge for me, I'd love to bring it to life!!
