Our Method

Cairns Cooking School Master classes are designed for all cooking abilities, allowing you to take your cooking to the next level. We have beginner’s classes and Master Classes that are hands on, fun and teach you how to unleash your passion in the kitchen! Cairns Cooking School cooking classes and workshops will take your cooking to the next level! You will expand your culinary knowledge with our interactive cooking classes and food inspiration workshops. With classes ranging from butchery to Tantalizing Thai, Asian Street Food, Fresh Pasta and Chocolate workshops you will we have classes to suit even the fussiest of foodies.

About Us

The intimate setting at Cairns Cooking School ensures so you get plenty of one-on-one time with our chef to ask questions, learn food tips and tricks and of course meet new people! Our Master classes are a 3 hour experience which includes a class of wine on arrival, three or more menu items with take home recipes and the notes you made whilst cooking. You will learn how to plate your creations before enjoying them in a meal shared with fellow class participants and wine accompaniments. You do not need to bring a thing as it is all provided at your own “hands-on” cooking station. We will provide aprons on the day and rest assured we will do all the washing up! We can also turn our master classes into an exclusive event for a hens night, corporate function or team building event, or we can come to you with our mobile cooking school! With many different formats and menus to suit your group Cairns Cooking School offers something to suit everyone.
