Butt Livestock & Property is made up of Husband & Wife team — Phill & Sally Butt.

Together they have been involved in the rural industry within the region for over 30 years. They are well known and respected among the rural and local community for their professional, successful, honest and genuine work capabilities.

Phill is a Licenced Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer, he has been in the livestock industry for 20 years and a Stock Agent in the Yass and Young regions for 10 years. In that time Phill represented NSW in the nationwide and prestigious National Mike Nixon Award 2008, for excellence in marketing. In 2007 he was the leading user of Auctions Plus on mainland Australia.

Sally is a licenced Stock and Station Agent and was previously employed for 8 years as a Real Estate Agent, as well as Sales support, Property Management and Administrative support.

Sally has received several awards for Real Estate performance which includes Highest Sales in NSW, effective advertising space in the Land and was nominated by peers for the REI Rural Sales person of the Year 2007.
