The Petrogas Burrumbeet Cup New Years Day Races is a relaxed day for families and friends to enjoy a fabulous day of country racing.

The Burrumbeet Cup is a tradition! Come along, enjoy and make it your tradition. It is a relaxing country race meeting where you can unwind after you welcome in the New Year.

The racecourse offers a safe, family friendly environment where you can sit back, relax and enjoy some top country racing. We look forward to welcoming you to Burrumbeet in 2015!

THINGS TO DO:
- The race program comprises 7 races with last race staged at approx 5.00pm.
- TAB facilities (TOTE & Bookmakers) and "Big Screen" will be on site.
- There is live music on site during the afternoon and a host of FREE kids entertainment with an animal farm, pony rides, jumping castle, go-karts, rock climbing wall, face painting and more.
- The kids "Dash for Cash" and the "Community Bowl" events are something to watch out for!

PICNICS?
Racegoers can bring along a picnic to enjoy on the vast public lawn areas but are reminded the event is 'No BYO' alcohol.

LOCATION:
The Burrumbeet racecourse is situated just off the Western Highway in Burrumbeet, around 15km west of Ballarat CBD in Western Victoria, around 135 kilometres west of Melbourne.

A range of special packages and others tailored to the needs of raceday patrons.

- Umbrella packages from $210 (umbrella, 10 chairs and 1 table)
- Mini Marquee packages from $290 (3m * 3m marquee, 10 chairs & 1 table)

ACCOMODATION PACKAGES:
The Burrumbeet Park & Windermere Racing Club is happy to assist raceday patrons to coordinate their accommodation packages.

There is cabin accommodation, powered and non-powered sites available at the Lake Burrumbeet Caravan Park.

The Cardigan Lodge Motel only 5km from the racecourse offers comfortable Motel Accommodation. Alternatively motels and apartments in Ballarat approx 15km from the racecourse offer accommodation also.

Concession: $15
Children Under 16: Free

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:
Full Membership $45.00
Membership offers two club membership cards which admit one adult each to the course on Race Day. Each card also offers 2 x complimentary standard drinks (beer / wine), a complimentary stubby holder and access to members facilities.
